Maple Trade Show

2nd Annual Maple Seminar & Trade Show – Join the Maple Producers of NE Ohio on October 27, 2018, 8:30-3 at Huntsburg Community Center. Representatives John Patterson and Sarah LaTourette will give updates on HB 606, etc. Dan Milo, Food Safety Director for Ohio Dept. of Agriculture, will update us on the new FDA regulations. Paul Mechling, ODNR, will speak on woodland management. Bill Hahn, City Arborist & Horticulturist for City of Akron Engineering, will speak on tree selection and invasive species. Jason Grossman from H2O Innovation will give an RO demo and talk about RO cleanup. A candy/cream demo will be done by Tom Salo, maple producer, and Mike Lynch, CDL representative. 3/16” vs 5/16” tubing topic will host Les Ober, Ohio State University, along with Jason Grossman. Mike Lynch will also speak on monitoring systems. Enjoy talking with maple equipment dealers displaying their equipment. Join us for an informative, educational day!
