Our sugar operation is one of the oldies. Our farm, which is conserved through the Western Reserve Land Conservancy, boasts one of the oldest sugarhouses in Geauga County. Learn how we started making maple syrup in one of the oldest sugarhouses in Geauga County to our current sugarhouse. We enjoy sharing the history of the farm and sugar operation from the early 1800’s Of course maple syrup is for pancakes, but visit us for our annual Taste of Maple to sample a variety of dishes, desserts, and beverages that use maple syrup! Everyone always comes back for our Maple Meatballs! After touring our updated sugarhouse, visit us in our Country Porch Store to taste many delectable treats that use maple syrup. Come taste why this healthy natural sweetener is gaining so much popularity! Recipes available! Frozen blueberries from our you-pick field will be available for purchase if you still only want maple syrup for blueberry pancakes.
